Internatioanl Orders

Delivery Time: For international orders, delivery normally takes 2-3 weeks but sometimes it may even take up to 4 weeks depends on holidays, weather condition and customs...etc.  Packages can and are held up by customs all the time before they are cleared. 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are buyer's responsibility.  Please refer your country's customs office. Shipping company may charge custom fees when you pick up your package. These are not part of shipping cost.

International Package Tracking: International orders can be partially tracked. Packages can be tracked only within US. Once the package leaves US, there will be no tracking.

Return & Exchange

Yes, we know. Sometimes things happen. Please immediately contact us for any issue before leaving negative feedbacks or filing a claim. Please allow us enough time to work it out, we always try our best.

Return or Exchange must be within 30 Days from the purchase date of the item. ITEM(S) MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.

Buyer will responsible for the return postage and delivery, any tax, customs fee and tariffs.

Ensuring delivery to us is buyer's responsibility. That's why it is very important to send the return package via trackable service and provide us with the tracking information. We will not responsible for any package loss or damage.

Shipping and Delivery Charge will not be refunded. Under no circumstances, we will reimburse the return or exchange shipping cost.

We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
